The Nascetta "Vigna Lirano" by Rivetto is a fresh and mineral white wine from the Langhe that is vinified and then matured in cement. With its bright yellow color, it captivates the nose with floral fragrances, citrus and white fruit notes, fresh almond sensations, against a mineral and briny background. The sip is crisp, deep, and clean, with great freshness and pleasant chalky and hydrocarbon accents.

vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, on soils characterized by the presence of limestone and sands, particularly suitable for white grape varieties. The farming practices are conducted with meticulous attention to obtain healthy grapes, with intense and elegant aromas. The choice to use cement is part of the perspective of wanting to preserve the character of the grape as much as possible, to let enthusiasts know the pure and genuine essence of Nascetta.

The “Vigna Lirano” Nascetta is one of the most interesting Piedmontese whites, which has gained public attention on the wave of the rediscovery and enhancement of lesser-known Italian native grape varieties that are only found in small territorial areas. After a delicate pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in cement tanks. Before proceeding to bottling, the wine matures for a few months in cement. In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color with brilliant luminous reflections. The olfactory profile expresses floral aromas, fragrant notes of citrus, white fruit aromas, and hints of hydrocarbon. The taste is tense and savory, long and aromatically intense, with a fresh and mineral finish.
