The Nebbiolo 'Usignolo' from Cascina Bruciata is a perfect representation of the versatility of the noble grape of the Langhe, capable of producing both intense and austere wines, as well as fresh expressions ready to drink immediately. The floral notes, combined with hints of red fruit, decisively highlight the freshness of this 'Usignolo', a distinctive trait on the palate as well. The sip is warm and savory, outlining an excellent balance and the gastronomic vocation of this wine: to be tried with cheese and cold cuts platters or with the typical 'bagna cauda'
