The Negroamaro "Jo" is a wine with the typical intensity of the reds from Salento. It comes from old bush vines about 40 years old and matures for 12 months in barrique. On the nose, it expresses broad aromas of fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and sweet spices. The taste is soft, warm, and enveloping, balanced by elegant freshness and smooth tannins.
