Today the vineyards of Gianfranco Fino, located in the lands of Manduria and Sava, are small fragmented plots, with red soils and rocks occasionally surfacing. The crops generally consist of very old bush vines, alongside the recent establishment of an experimental vineyard. The Primitivo Es certainly represents an excellence not only of his production but also of the Apulian landscape: a wine that has certainly filled the regional production gap of past decades.
