"Neige d'Or" from the renowned winery Les Cretes in the Aosta Valley is an elegant and refined white wine with a surprising structure. This magnificent blend is made from grapes of Petite Arvine, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay. The aging is done for 12 months "sur lies" and for 18 months in bottle. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections and the aromas evoke white-fleshed fruit, wildflowers, and sweet spices. The taste is creamy, enveloping, complex, fresh, and with an excellent persistent finish.
