Valdisole's 'Nemesi', named after the goddess of Justice, is an Orange inspired by the winemaking traditions of the Jura region in France. Macerated for fifteen days on the skins, it takes on a bright claret pink colour and gives fresh fruity aromas of orange and apple, together with tropical hints of lychee and aromatic notes of sage. The perfect wine to pair with grilled meat or bruschetta with cherry tomatoes
