The Nero d'Avola 'Vrucara' is the symbolic label of the winery, obtained from unique old pre-phylloxera vines. After a long 45 months of aging on the lees inside cement barrels, and a brief contact between wood and bottle to soften its character, a liquid of structure and intensity rises, balsamic, with pleasant freshness and savoriness.
