The Nuits Saint Georges "Aux Chaignot" is a Burgundy red wine from the homonimous Premier Cru, with a smooth and mineral sensory profile, produced from Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits, vinified and aged in new oak barrels. Rich in juicy and fruity aromas and delicately spicy notes, the palate is dense and enveloping, very elegant and balanced, with a good structure and an elegant saline persistence.
