The Nuits Saint Georges "Aux Chaignot" is a red wine from Burgundy coming from the homonymous Premier Cru, with a soft and mineral sensory profile, produced from Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits, vinified and aged in new oak barrels. Rich in juicy and fruity aromas and delicately spicy notes, on the palate it is dense and enveloping, very elegant and balanced, with good structure and an elegant saline persistence.
