The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Nocellara" is produced by the famous winery Planeta thanks to the pressing of the native Sicilian monocultivar Nocellara, which gives strong traits to this label. The color is bright green with lime yellow reflections, and on the nose, perfectly blended together, notes of basil, green citrus, bergamot, chinotto, and Mediterranean herbs emerge. The taste is characterful yet delicate, recalling all the previously perceived aromas on the palate and surprising with a spicy finish. For pairing, we recommend light dishes made with steaming.
