The Extra Virgin Oil from the famous Tenuta San Guido, the renowned winery of Sassicaia, is produced in the heart of Bolgheri from a blend of local varieties: Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Frantoio. It has a very refined, fine and elegant profile, with a pleasant balance between bitter and spicy sensations, revealing an intense bouquet of Mediterranean herbs, green tomatoes, olives and white-fleshed fruit on the nose.
