Perfect to give as a gift"O.T." is a dense and full-bodied Tuscan red wine with an international stamp, obtained from a blend of typical red grape varieties. The sip shows character, warmth, and structure, wrapped in a round tannin and harmonious freshness. The bouquet is broad and refined, played on aromas of sweet spices, berries, coffee, and licorice.
“O.T.” are the initials of Oliviero Toscani, used here to sign the symbolic label of the Agricultural Company. A flagship and the most expressive image of the brand, capable of conveying, vintage after vintage, the unique and singular rhythm of the year, through a blend that remains the same, resulting from the assembly of red grapes in different percentages. To be served at the table on multiple occasions, thanks to its extraordinary versatility with many dishes from our culinary tradition, especially with pasta dishes with ragù, risottos with sausage, and strictly meat-based second courses.
“O.T.” from the Agricultural Company Toscani is born from the selections of the best owned vineyards, located in the splendid landscape of Casale Marittimo, not far from the wine-growing area of Bolgheri. In the Monteromboli vineyard, the soils rich in iron and minerals, the mild and constant winds, along with altitudes ranging from 220 to 320 meters above sea level, are able to confer to this red great freshness, complexity, and aromatic verve. Vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks before being bottled and marketed.
The great photographer Oliviero Toscani manages to imprint his artistic flair in the wine "O.T.", not only in the label, with a minimalist design in contemporary fluorescent colors, but also in the content, capable of satisfying the palate of its drinker with freshness, dynamism, and smooth sip. This red ignites the glass with an intense ink color, emanating fascinating and pleasant aromas of exotic fruit, black pepper, and small red fruits, with herbaceous and spicy hues enriching its bouquet. The sip is lively and energetic, with great concentration and breadth, supported by a powerful acidic backbone and fine, velvety tannins.
