Palomino 'Gavela de Vila Manzaneda' Daterra 2020

The "Gavela de Vila Manzaneda" is a white wine from the Galician winery Daterra, made with only Palomino grapes. The bunches are harvested from plants of 80-100 years and destemmed before maceration on the skins of 22 days, which releases a good body and excellent shades of copper. Following the alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts, the wine is left to age for 11 months in chestnut barrels. Despite its structure is distinguished by the fresh and sleek sip rich in hints of orange peel and grapefruit aromas.
