The Passito di Pantelleria by Ferrandes is a sweet wine of great breadth and complexity, made from Zibibbo grapes harvested from bush vines sheltered by earth hollows, vinified and aged in steel. It emanates very intense aromas of raisins, candied fruits, and dried fruit, combined with exciting marine nuances.
