The Pecorino Cingilia is an Abruzzese white wine produced in full respect of the vine and nature, using only indigenous yeasts and natural treatments in the vineyard. Fresh, mineral, with good body and structure, it offers delicate notes of tropical fruit, cedar, lemon, and mandarin on the nose, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub. To be tried with vegetarian first courses or alongside a fish dinner.
