"Pepato" is an intense, mineral and spicy red wine from Marche, born form Vernaccia Nera grapes, aged for 12 months in barriques and for other 12 in bottle. It spings out spicy and mineral perfumes of black pepper, sweet spices and black cherries and it has a fresh, energic and well-balanced flavour, with very fine tannins.
