The Perricone from Fina is a Sicilian red wine from the Marsala wine region, in the Trapani province, aged for a short period in steel tanks to keep its fruity fragrances in the foreground. It expresses an intense bouquet on the nose that offers spicy notes of black pepper and juniper, accompanied by marasca, cherries, and plum jams, a preamble to a full, soft, and velvety sip, with elegant persistence.
