Ca' Liptra's Pet-Nat is a sparkling wine produced by a winery in the Marche region that pays great attention to its territory. Made from both native white and red grapes, it is a refermented wine produced using the ancestral method and is extremely pleasant to drink. Subtle hints of red fruits such as currants meet salty notes on the nose, while on the palate it is fresh, slightly savoury and incredibly drinkable, but supported by a light tannic texture

With its lively and joyful spirit, Pet-Nat from the Ca' Liptra winery in the Marche region is a bottle-fermented wine ideal for carefree moments. Located in Cupramontana, in the Castelli di Jesi wine-growing area, the Ca' Liptra estate is an artisan interpreter of the territory, cultivating not only the ever-present Verdicchio, but also Trebbiano Toscano, Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Malvasia. The production philosophy embraced by the four founding partners, Giovanni Loberto, Agostino Pisani, Roberto Alfieri and Antonella Traspadini, is strictly sustainable and genuine, aimed at minimising intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. In general, the idea behind the creation of this Pet-Nat is to offer something new every year based on the grapes available.

Ca’ Liptra Pet-Nat is produced from a rich blend of white grapes, grown sustainably on soils characterised by a high presence of limestone and chalk. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks with carbonic maceration, macerating for 22 days on the skins and then refermenting in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method.

Ca' Liptra's Pet-Nat has an amber colour with a fine mousse. The nose reveals very pleasant yeasty notes, combined with hints of vegetation and strong mineral and saline notes. Extremely drinkable on the palate, where its marked freshness is combined with a delicate effervescence and a very slight tannic perception. There are consistent citrus notes. Due to its dynamic and smooth taste, this bottle-fermented wine is the ideal choice as a convivial aperitif or as a 'picnic wine'.
