The Petit Chablis by Albert Pic is a slender, fresh, and pleasant white wine, very balanced, vinified only in steel. It has a clearly citrus profile, with hints of lemon, white flowers, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is very pleasant and refreshing, with elegant minerality.
