The Picolit by Dario Coos is a passito wine, whose grapes grow on Friulian "ponca" soils and are left to dry on racks, as tradition dictates. It carries out the alcoholic fermentation in barrique, in which it stops for the refinement phase for a whole year, subsequently improving in the bottle. The notes of honey and apricot in syrup leave room for a persuasive minerality and hints of incense, with a persistent sip, particularly full and fragrant
