The "Finado" from Cantina Andriano is a Pinot Bianco of beautiful freshness and aromatic lightness produced in the Val d'Adige area from red soils rich in white dolomitic stone. Aromas of flowers, primrose, and daffodil primarily followed by fruity notes of lemon zest, apple, and pear. On the palate, it enters light and subtle, with a nice balance between savoriness and freshness and finishes with a slightly almond finish

The wine “Finado” is a Pinot Bianco that expresses the most traditional characteristics of the starting varietal. The aromas on the nose are indeed typically fruity and floral, and the color, light straw yellow with greenish reflections, is typical of this grape. Great credit goes to Andriano, an Alto Adige reality that well interprets the peculiarities of Pinot Bianco in a label with a fresh and dynamic sip, perfect for accompanying the most varied appetizers and first and second courses based on fish and shellfish.

The Pinot Bianco “Finado” is born from the homonymous grapes, cultivated with care by the Andriano winery in parcels of vineyards characterized by a reddish subsoil, rich in layers of white dolomitic stone. The bunches are carefully selected during the manual harvest and, after destemming, the berries move on to the pressing phase. The must obtained ferments in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. This is followed by the maturation phase, also carried out in steel, during which the wine rests for 6 months on the fine lees, before being bottled and marketed.

The “Finado” Pinot Bianco by Andriano presents itself visually with a light straw yellow color, characterized by slight greenish hues at the rim. The nose is dominated by essentially floral aromas, enriched by hints of citrus peel and nuances of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it announces itself with a light body, good flow, in which the sip is well balanced between sapidity and freshness; it finishes with a slightly almondy aftertaste. A linear and direct bottle, which also comes at an interesting price, an element to be taken into serious consideration.
