The Pinot Bianco "In der Lamm" is a white wine of great freshness and elegance made in the eponymous locality near the municipality of Appiano, in South Tyrol. It matures in wood and steel, characterized by notes of apple, pear, floral fragrances, and mineral sensations with flint. The sip flows agile and pleasant, with a long and persistent fruity trail.
