Pinot Bianco 'Merus' Tiefenbrunner 2024
The Pinot Bianco by Tiefennbrunner is a young and fresh wine, aged for 4 months on the lees in steel. The nose is finely fruity, with a predominance of notes of apple and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is elegant, with beautiful freshness and good persistence
The Pinot Bianco wine produced by the Tiefenbrunner winery is a beautiful example of what this varietal can express in the Alto Adige territory. A refreshing and energetic sip combines with a pleasantly fruity aromatic profile, where exotic nuances reminiscent of pineapple and melon can also be perceived. A fragrant label, born from a process, both in the winemaking and aging phases, carried out only in steel, ideal for preserving the main characteristics of the grape. A white that never disappoints, always a safe choice.
This Pinot Bianco comes from the homonymous grapes, used in purity by the Tiefenbrunner winery team. The vines of this international variety are cultivated in vineyards characterized by a subsoil mainly composed of gravel and sand, at an altitude above sea level ranging from 210 to 600 meters. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, once they arrive in the winemaking facilities are processed in steel, where they remain to mature, on their own yeasts, for about 4 months, until the bottling and marketing operations are carried out.
The Pinot Bianco Tiefenbrunner reveals itself visually with a very bright straw yellow color. The aromas that envelop the nose move on a mainly fruity texture, well orchestrated with different nuances. On the palate, it is light, slender, young and dynamic, with a sip that surprises with its freshness and finish, characterized by an interesting persistence. A white where nothing seems out of place, ideal for accompanying lunches and dinners where fish is the star of the menu.
