The Pinot Blanc 'Princes Abbés' produced by the Alsatian winery Schlumberger is a white wine that presents itself in the glass with a pale lemon yellow color. Its grapes, after a gentle pressing, are fermented at controlled temperature, and the wine subsequently ages on fine lees for a period in oak barrels.
