The Pinot Grigio by Peter Zemmer is a fresh, embracing white wine with mineral notes that originates in the Lower Atesina. The aging in steel contributes to leaving more room for the typical varietal nuances of ripe white fruit, floral fragrances, light spices, and sweet and aromatic tones. On the palate, it captivates with its fresh and fruity sip, with a good alcohol content, balanced by a vibrant mineral freshness.
