Philip Lardot’s Pinot Grigio is a wine macerated on the skins for 14 days. With its copper shades and funky soul, it is a dynamic but balanced unfiltered label. At the first impact you have a the sip with oxidative notes, which soon fade and leave room for the fruitier hints of apple and blood orange
