The Pinot Noir 'Terrazze Alte' from Tenuta Mazzolino comes from Oltrepò Pavese, a corner of Lombardy that has dedicated itself a lot to this noble variety of Burgundian origin. Produced only in steel, it maintains fragrance and freshness of good impact, with hints of red fruit, citrus, and spicy notes intertwined with a balsamic and menthol finish. So fine that it is also ideal with salmon or tuna dishes: an unusual pairing but truly spot on.
