The Pinot Noir 'Terrazze Alte' from Tenuta Mazzolino comes from Oltrepò Pavese, a corner of Lombardy that has dedicated itself a lot to this noble variety of Burgundian origin. Produced only in steel, it maintains fragrance and freshness with a good impact, with hints of red fruit, citrus, and spicy notes intertwined with a balsamic and menthol finish. So fine that it is also ideal with salmon or tuna dishes: an unusual pairing but truly spot on
