The Pinot Noir from the Greywacke winery is a New Zealand red wine with a garnet color and a rich, persistent profile. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 11 months in oak barrels, it fully expresses its fruity components of blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry, while also leaving room for the more spiced notes of cloves and smoky aromas.
