The Pinot Noir "Mora" from Du Vin aux Liens is a wine from Domaine Albert Hertz, an Alsatian winery, produced under the supervision of Vanessa Letort. This is a project aimed at spreading light and pleasant biodynamic wines, with great finesse and playfulness. On the nose, you can sense red fruits, black fruits, and hints of underbrush, typical of Pinot, with mineral elements common to the terroirs of northern France.
