Petrosus' from the Yvan Bernard cellar is a taut, clean Pinot Noir made in the Cotes de Auvergne region. The grapes, harvested from 30-year-old vines, undergo spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts in containers ranging from steel or glass-resin vats. Like many wines from the area, it expresses the terroir in all its facets, accompanying the sip with aromas of red fruits and savoury, balsamic notes.
