The Ploussard "La Chamade" by Tony Bornard is a red wine produced with one of the typical reds of the Jura, the Poulsard, a grape capable of giving fine, fragrant and intriguing wines. To the nose floral aromas of violet and geranium accompany fresh aromas of berries, with slight hints of sweet spices on the finish. The mouthfeel is fine, mineral, earthy and pleasantly 'funky', but of great finesse. Try it during a barbecue
