The Pommard by Domaine Ami is a fine and intense Pinot Noir, very fragrant, produced south of the burgundian capital of Beaune. Produced by Paul and Willy, the owners of the Domaine, in an artisanal way according to the philosophy of minimal intervention, it is a red with an intense bouquet of fruit and pleasant hints of vanilla, a sign of the partial maturation in new wood. The palate is intense, pleasant freshness and persistence. To taste after a few years in the cellar
