The Pouilly Fumé "Cuvée des Sandres" from the French winery Maison Foucher is a pure Sauvignon Blanc that clearly expresses the territory from which it comes. The grapes are harvested from vineyards grown on clay and limestone-rich soils that impart great minerality to the wine, which ages for 8 to 14 months in steel tanks. The color is golden yellow with greenish reflections, and the aromas released recall white flowers, nettle, broom, and hawthorn. The taste is delicate, fresh, dry, and with a citrus finish
