The Poulsard “Poolsard” by Oenosapiens is, as the name suggests, a ‘pool wine’, fresh and easy to drink, perfect to chill and enjoy during hot days, perhaps between dives! The three friends Filippo, Federico, and Giacomo experiment with many less common varieties: this time the choice has fallen on Poulsard, a typical red from Jura. On the nose, typical aromas of cherry and pleasant earthy hints are perceived, adding complexity. The sip is light and pleasant, fragrant and distinctly fresh. Once opened, it will be hard to do without it!
