The Primitivo di Manduria 'Pala' Radiz Produttori di Manduria is the first Apulian label of the Radiz line, a collaboration between Callmewine and one of the historic wineries of the area. Fermented at controlled temperature and aged for a few months in cement, it remains true to the generous character of the grape variety. On the nose, it is intense, with dark and ripe fruit, a hint of berries, and balsamic nuances of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is full and velvety, with great density and structure, vibrant freshness, and a Mediterranean spirit, ideal with orecchiette with ragù or with roasted lamb.
