"Pro.Vino" is a complex and rustic red wine, made with minimal interventions by the Orsi Vigneto San Vito winery. It is a bottle produced on the hills overlooking Bologna from a blend of Barbera and Negretto grapes. It is spontaneously fermented thanks to indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, and left to mature in large used wooden barrels. It needs to open up in the glass to fully express its originality. On the palate, it is soft with fine tannins, while on the nose it presents fruity notes of blackberry and blueberry, evolved hints of leather, anise, and light nuances of chocolate.
