The Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Brut “Crede” by Bisol is a sparkling wine delicate, fresh, and floral, produced using the Martinotti or Charmat method in the splendid hilly territory of the classic Prosecco area. It is made from a blend of Glera with a small percentage of Pinot Bianco and Verdisio and is particularly suitable to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with light and delicate fish appetizers or menus.
The Brut "Crede" is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore that was created to highlight a particular area of the Bisol estate. The name of the label in the Venetian dialect means clay, and in fact, the soil of the vineyards from which the grapes of the “Crede” come is characterized by the presence of clayey soils. A soil that allows the moisture to be retained in the deeper layers, avoiding water stress on the plant and giving grapes with a particularly refined and floral aromatic profile. The vines are cultivated on soils of ancient marine beds, which today constitute steep slopes with southeast exposure at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the sparkling process and second fermentation occur in autoclave.
The “Crede” is a Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Brut, which thanks to a low sugar dosage, highlights the varietal characteristics of the Glera grape and its harmonious and fine bouquet. In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The perlage is light and continuous. The olfactory profile is particularly refined, with aromas of white flowers, wildflowers, and fruity notes of apple and pear. The sip is lively and tense, with intense aromas and a finish of great balance, characterized by remarkable savory and mineral freshness.
