The Prosecco from Valdobbiadene Extra Dry by Col de' Salici is a vintage Charmat Method wine of great freshness and drinkability. It opens on the nose with fruity notes of peach, green apple, lime, and melon, accompanied by floral fragrances of wisteria, elderflower, and acacia. Creamy and fresh on the palate, with a citrusy and savory touch balanced by the pleasant softness of the residual sugar
