The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry “Jeio” by Bisol originates from a blend where, alongside the symbolic grape of the sparkling wine made in Veneto, the Glera, we also find small percentages of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Verdiso. The vines of these varieties grow with the double inverted and sylvoz system on the hills of Valdobbiadene, about 200 meters above sea level, exposed to the south, east, and west.
