Paladin's Prosecco Extra Dry 'P' is a fresh, light-hearted sparkling wine that adds Chardonnay to Glera to create a personal blend. Brilliant straw yellow in colour, the nose immediately reveals white fruit, some lemon zest and pleasant, persistent floral puffs. In the mouth, it is fresh and snappy, starts out taut then rounds off on the finish. A sparkling wine designed to enjoy convivial and light moments, with an immediate sip that goes perfectly with cheeses and cured meats
