“LX” Prosecco Rosé is produced with a very careful and detailed production process. It starts with the harvest of the best Glera grapes and a small part of Pinot Nero, the famous red grape variety that gives the classic rosy mantle. After a first fermentation in steel, it continues with the refermentation in autoclave according to the traditional Charmat or Martinotti method.
The Prosecco Rosé Sant’Orsola presents itself in the glass with a luminous pink hue, marked by a fine and lasting perlage. On the nose, fresh and fragrant sensations of wild strawberries, rose fragrances, and notes of berries spread.
