The Prosecco Superiore "52" is an organic sparkling wine of great freshness and lightness, vinified according to the Martinotti Method and aged briefly for a few months. It has a very fragrant and crisp aromatic profile, with notes of apple, peach, and white flowers. On the palate, it is creamy, agile, and slender with a fine perlage.
