The Brut Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore “Col del Forno” Andreola is a sparkling wine that impresses with the intensity of its body. The class on the palate is crystalline, thanks to an elegant, rich sip that is engagingly seductive, while the nose is teeming with hints of crunchy fruit, acacia, and wisteria. A label that comes from “heroic” viticulture, marked by the passion and careful work that has always distinguished Andreola. This “Col del Forno” Andreola is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut that originates from Glera grapes, grown in a four-hectare hilly vineyard, about 240 meters above sea level, in the geologically youngest area at the eastern edge of the denomination, characterized by the presence of clay over a sandstone subsoil. The manual harvest takes place between September and October, and the selected grapes are softly pressed. The The obtained must undergoes a light static decantation, before fermenting in steel at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process, lasting 30-40 days, takes place in autoclave, following the production principles that regulate the production of Metodo Martinotti.
