This “Col del Forno” Andreola is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut that originates from Glera grapes, grown in a four-hectare hilly vineyard, about 240 meters above sea level, in the geologically youngest area at the eastern edge of the denomination, characterized by the presence of clay over a sandstone subsoil. The manual harvest takes place between September and October, and the selected grapes are softly pressed.
