Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut from the Elém winery is a simple, lively bubble perfect for celebrating with friends. This label is made from carefully selected pure Glera grapes and re-fermented in autoclaves according to the Martinotti method. The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections introduces fresh aromas of white flowers and citrus sensations. The taste is agile, light, fresh and harmonious.
