The Rebula from the Slovenian winery Mlecnik is a white wine macerated with an intense and complex profile. The Ribolla Gialla rests on the skins for 4 days before being fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for two years in wooden barrels. After aging, the wine rests bottled in the cellar for 3 years. A straightforward sip that recalls aromas of canned peaches and candied hints, which pair beautifully with a platter of blue cheeses
