The Bianco Ribelà is a white wine produced in the Colli Albani with aromatic grapes from tradition. It has an inviting and floral bouquet, with notes of yellow fruit and white flowers. On the palate, it is soft and pleasant, animated by good freshness and rich minerality due to the volcanic soils of the area.

The Ribelà Bianco is a juicy and vital wine produced by one of the youngest and most interesting regional realities. Frascati, the heart of the Castelli Romani. An area with enormous potential, which for decades has seen the abuse perpetrated by a viticulture that has favored quantity over quality. The Ribelà winery, founded by Chiara and Daniele, was born with the clear intent of enhancing local viticulture, relying on the advice of Danilo Marcucci, a talented winemaker responsible for numerous important artisanal wines. The choice is immediately clear and decisive: to focus entirely on local indigenous grape varieties and create wines that reflect the place and vintage. Wines full of energy, in constant qualitative growth.

The Bianco Ribelà is a blend produced with local indigenous grapes such as Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Bombino all in equal parts. The vines, around 35 years old, are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The belief is one of maximum respect for the vine and life, therefore the grape harvest is strictly done by hand with subsequent destemming and crushing. White produced without any contact with the skins, it is a manifestation of sapidity and freshness, and to preserve these characteristics the liquid ages only in steel. No filtration or clarification before bottling.

The Ribelà Bianco pours into the glass with a pale straw yellow color. The nose is immediately a bucolic compendium of freshness and rusticity: hay, golden apple, bunches of white flowers. The countryside, all of it. Territorial and genuine, one can almost sense its electric minerality on the nose, and the tasting only confirms this impression. It flows very fresh, with an irresistible drinkability, and it is precisely its sapidity that invites another sip. A daily wine that in France they would call vin de soif. Engaging.
