This white wine Ribolla Gialla originates from grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the Feudi di Romans winery that accompany the Isonzo river in its flow. We find ourselves in a terroir composed mainly of gravel, sand, and pebbles. The bunches, once harvested, are destemmed, and the berries are softly pressed. After a brief cryomaceration, the fermentation of the must begins, which takes place in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.controlled for a duration of 9 days. It then follows the final refinement, where the wine rests in steel for a few months, until it is deemed ready for bottling.
