Ribolla Gialla Muzic 2024
The Ribolla Gialla from the Muzic winery is a white wine from Collio with vibrant and refreshing energy. It is vinified and aged in steel with a short skin maceration before fermentation. It expresses notes of citrus, white fruit and wildflowers, and on the palate reveals progression, freshness, savoriness and a very territorial minerality.

Just like this Ribolla, which from the first sips is a real joy to savor, thanks to its mineral and fresh taste. A bottle that, among its many merits, also has that of being versatile in the kitchen, always representing a safe and successful choice.
This Ribolla Gialla comes from a careful selection of the grape of the same name that the Muzic winery team chooses in the vineyards of San Floriano del Collio. The vines of this variety are trained using the guyot system, and grow within a hilly terrain characterized mainly by marl. The grapes, once harvested, are destemmed and crushed, carrying out pellicular maceration for 12 hours at a temperature of 15 degrees. This is followed by soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 8-10 days. The aging phase also takes place in steel, on fine lees, and lasts 8 months, at the end of which bottling operations are carried out.
This Ribolla Gialla presents itself in the glass with a color that recalls the golden hue, very bright. Fruit and flowers and are the scents that pervade the nose from the first moments, sensations that then give way to more refreshing and subtle citrus nuances. The palate is light-bodied, swaddling, with a sip connoted by a very fresh savory texture that makes for energetic and pleasant drinking. A label with which the Muzic winery confirms its craftsmanship and its ability to work with the indigenous grape varieties of the Friulian Collio terroir.
