The Ribolla Gialla "Selection" by Paraschos is a white wine from Collio Friulano that is fermented in amphorae with maceration for two days, aged in wood barrels and bottled without sulfur and filtrations. It is an original and genuine expression, with an olfactory profile of sweet spices, honey and undergrowth, and a full-bodied and intense taste, punctuated by freshness, minerality and savory.
